Hello,

We are 2 users checking the same email inbox in Pipedrive.

When I tag an email, it is not updated for the other user.

Is that normal ?

I think you might be asking for a similiar feature to what I have requested. Please vote if it is somethign you would like. With regards the tagging I believe this is normal. Pipeline seems to have a silo approach where leads and deals are owned by one person and not necessarily managed by multiple people.
