E-mail Scheduler and Multiple people booking the same time slot in calendar

The e-mail scheduler feature - to choose a time when the e-mail is going to be sent, would be very helpful. This is for replying to one-off prospects from campaign but abiding to their timezone.

The second feature i would like to use for scheduling webinars where multiple people need to click and schedule the same time slot.

Thanks

    Hi Mike,

For the first thing I am using Gmail's e-mail scheduler feature.

For the second I am using Acuity.

Thanks for clarifying! What do you like about these tools that you chose those over others?

Really? Are you going to answer the question or keep asking unimportant things?

I had to create an account to be able to see the answer to this question, which Pipedrive knows everything about it. It's a feature that all of us would like to have. It has probably been discussed 1 million times within the company. Don't pretend you're surprised. Pipedrive made the decision not to offer the feature. This way, Pipedrive users need to buy another service from your list of providers to integrate with the CRM, so your company makes more money. Simple like that.

Your questioning is unbelievably ridiculous. I don't have time for this kind of bs. Pointless. I wasted my time here today.  Don't bother to answer me. I had enough.

    Hi there,

I will write an answer here just in case others are reading this thread later as well. First of all, my apologies for your experience here on the community.

With incoming requests for functionality that isn't available yet in Pipedrive we always try to gather as much insights as we can so we can pass on suggestions to responsible teams of that area. This will hopefully help convince those team the functionality is needed and has priority over other incoming ideas.

I will again highlight to our team we have people asking for this functionality and hope we can add it in the future. Our goal is to keep on improving Pipedrive and over time reduce the need for additional tools to manage the job. This unfortunately takes time and rigorous prioritization as to what to release first and what to work on later.

I will do my best to highlight this request to the team so we can hopefully see updates such as those requested in this thread rather sooner than later.

Non sense. Pipedrive knows it’s competition. For example, Hubspot offers this feature and a lot more for a slightly Higher subscription. Which is cheaper than having Pipedrive + another integration of yours.

It’s impossível that a company such as Pipedrive doesn’t who their competitors are, their strengths and weaknesses,  features that they have and you don’t.
What  you’re doing here is giving your customers a channel where they can speak to you, so they have the impression that you care. But the decision whether to implement the feature Has nothing to do with this chats here. what you’re doing here is old school customer service. You pretend to listen to your customers and never answer your customers, you return back to them with endless questions that you will simply ignore.

Your pretend you need our contribution but you don’t. It is definitely a matter of prioritizing. Your priority is to increase your revenue through pushing your customers to buy other products from your market place to integrate with pipe.

This is just placebo. Waste of time. Tnx for answerin, tho.

    Hi @Plinio Silva

I appreciate your comments and I'm sorry you feel this way.
I'm not a 100% sure what I can say to convince you that we do care. I'd be also happy to have a call with you and explain our processes. In case you're interested please email me at mike@pipedrive.com

We have an active research and product team that yearly conducts hundreds of interviews with our actual customers to understand what they need and indeed also looks at competitors. We work on developing Pipedrive into the product that is needed by our customers.

With over 90.000 companies using Pipedrive we try to cater for many use cases and feature requests. Although we wish to solve all over time we have a limited nr of resources in our product, design and development teams and therefore need to prioritise in what order we deliver updates. There are other companies out there like Hubspot who've been around longer and have a larger team. Although there might be functionality we want to add which others out there also have, it unfortunately takes time for us to be able to deliver it all. As you can see throughout the months and years we keep improving our product and offering for our customers.

We have an automation internally that makes every post shared in this channel notify the responsible team about a request of a user. Priotitization happens based on the need of our customers which we either find out because of engagement with a post in the community or by the research mentioned earlier.

When it comes to the marketplace, these are third party companies seeing an opportunity to add a functionality on top of our product. These integrations are build and maintained by other companies to which you in some case pay a fee, this subscription for that marketplace integration is not a payment to Pipedrive. The marketplace helps us together with the help of other third parties still offer a certain functionality in Pipedrive. Over time Pipedrive has also been adding functionality which in some cases replaced some marketplace apps.

In short, we do care, very very much and from our side of the community we do everything we can to properly document requests, prioritise them against each other and together with research input from interviews and surveys we indeed try to make a revenue as a company so that we can continue to develop the product and offer a better solution to our customers over time.

I'm very happy to talk more with you as mentioned before and please feel free to reach out to me via mike@pipedrive.com to connect. Have a great day!

Funny, I just sent my second email testing the scheduler to multiple people, as I wasn't sure it supports multiple people in one time slot. I guess I've just found out it doesn't. Seems like the scheduler is a waste of time. Seems like having the abiility to have multiple people join one time slot would be an intrinsic necessity. Very disappointing.
