I Can't seem to import a Word document as template when it has a background image. Our company branding and logo is visbile at the top and bottom of the quotes. Is this possible in Pipedrive? if yes, how?

    This should be possible, I ran a few tests here and it works for me! If you still have this issue, can you please contact our Support team so they can check this further?

    On my tests here, I can import templates with images and I can also then make sure the image is behind the text directly from Pipedrive (so without having to use Word). I think this is worth having a look at, so please consider contacting our Support team :D
