Prezzo di vendita, valore provvigioni e simulazioni ricavi

Ciao a tutti,

ho bisogno di un confronto.

Nel mio mestiere, agente immobiliare (approposito ci sono altri agenti immobiliari nella community?), tutto si basa su un prezzo di vendita e/o di affitto e una percentuale pagata, normalmente, da due attori in gioco, da un lato un proprietario e dall'altro il cliente finale.

Le domande sono:

  1. Parlando di annunci immobiliari e di codici, può aver senso inserire ogni annuncio come singolo prodotto? 
  2. Nel caso in cui lo faccia, esempio appartamento da 200.000 € ed ipotizzando di prendere il 3% di provvigione da ogni parte, ciò un totale di 6.000 € per parte (valore economico di fatto di mio interesse, ovvero il ricavo lordo) voi come e dove inserireste questi dati per far si che la reportistica dei ricavi attesi e non solo funzioni e dia dei dati utilizzabili ed interessanti?

    Credo che al momento l'unica soluzione - se ho capito bene il problema - sai definire i €6000 (la provvigione) come valore dell'offerta

    Per ora credo proprio sia l'unica.

    Sempre di non utilizzare il catalogo prodotti perchè in quel caso aggancia il valore di vendita del prodotto che dovrebbe essere non 200.000 € ma 6.000 € (e si perde tutto il senso delle liste immobili nel catalogo prodotti)...

    good, I also need to know the total of my commissions.

    Because I work with 4 Companies I 'd be happy to know, in the year :

    1) total deal won for company 1, and for company 2, and so on;

    2) total commissions (%) from company 1, and from company 2, and so on;

    6.000 euro è la provvigione, 200.000 è l'offerta.

    Dobbiamo attendere pazientemente che implementino altre funzioni...
