How can I prevent single emails sent via PD going to spam?
I tried to send an email to about 20-30 people yesterday, and I havent recieved any response. I tried sending the same email to myself and it went directly to the spam folder.
I then tried to re-send from the Windows Outlook app, but I recieved a message stating that Outlook didnt have permission to send the email on behalf on the user.
Diagnostic code [0x80070005-0x000004dc-0x00000524].
First of all, could you please fix the spam settings so that my mails go to their inbox instead of junk? I have never experienced my mails not going through.
Secondly, how can I at least re-send from the outlook file?
I will have to switch from PD if this function isnt working.

Hi @Herman Ekeli , regarding the error message that seems external to Pipedrive, namely an Outlook-specific issue related to permissions, as detailed in this Microsoft thread.
Also, many variable factors might cause an email to be marked as spam. Such as for example, an email sent out multiple times in a very short period. For more tips on tackling this, you can have a look in this thread as well.
One other thing you can also try is the campaigns feature. This add-on allows you to configure your email domain authentication, making it much more likely that when you set up and send out large email campaigns, those are delivered successfully.
