New: An Option to Embed Pipedrive Scheduler Into Your Website
Comments

@billbutler1969 Hello! We do not have an option to track the meetings created by the scheduler that is embedded to your website, however, you should be able to create a custom solution around this. For example, you can add a listener for the submit button in the scheduler and then add the logic you need. For this you would need some javascript knowledge.

@Kristiina Vaab, some additional features that would be great for us:
- custom logo
- custom introduction text instead of "user_name (company_name) is inviting you to". Maybe even custom layout (two columns instead of stacked).
- possibility to set lang in the iframe, and remove lang selector. For example by adding query parameter to the meeting url ?lang=de. Logic being, when a user is on the german site I can directly show them the german scheduler.
- Possibility to remove "Schedule meetings quickly with Pipedrive" - at least on paid plans.
- Possibility to block non corporate emails - such as gmail, outlook etc.
- Possibility to auto adjust height to content, to avoid scrollbar (compare for example personios instructions: )
- Having the option to remind someone of the meeting a day in advance

- Having the option to remind someone of the meeting a day in advance
This specific point is actually quite simple to set the notification centre of pipedrive:

Sorry for the huge screenshot, but you get the point: just set reminders to 1 day before and you'll get an email about this

If you're syncing events with calendars, there are even more ways and more options to get notified by google / microsoft

@Nikolai Sokolov appreciate your input on this - but to my understanding all these settings only notify me of the meeting not my customer who scheduled the meeting.

this can actually also be accomplished - just not as conveniently. But with the new date based triggers, you can send out an email about this to the participants:

in the beta currently. fingers crossed it rolls out quickly!

@Nikolai Sokolov I am not able to reproduce any logic that triggers a day before a scheduled call - even if it was so - How complicated can a user interface possibly be given such a simple requirement?

Hi @ohlr, here's the full setting to trigger reminder 1 day before (the action is send email to linked person):
It's not that bad actually - just one automation to be created in about 1 min. Agree that a simple reminder checkbox would be even easier, but still. Workflow automation of this kind is quickly done

Hi @Kristiina Vaab , I have the same needs that are being raised here...to use the scheduler on our websites/ecommerces, which would be very useful, it's important to track conversions, and the only way is through a URL on the website itself, you can't track conversions on third-party sites...so a good feature would be able to redirect to a thank you page...
Could you update us with something more specific please? I could wait for some time, but waiting indefinitely is difficult which forces us to look for other solutions. Thank you
