Cannot access the assistance chat

Hello,

I have an issue on Pipedrive and I cannot manage to reach a human person through the chat. I am only in communication with the bot, who will not handover to a human.

How can I interact with a Pipedrive expert in case of technical issue please?

Any phone? any email?

My technical context is Linux Mint + Firefox.
