Automation for Stale Contacts?

I have certain contacts that I want to follow up with that will not have deals associated. I'd like to be able to automate the creation of an activity so that I am periodically tasked with following up with contacts. Can this automation be created?

If a specific example helps - I'm going to have contacts that have a Label (I think this is the best option?) of "Periodic Follow-up", and if that contact hasn't had any activity from me within 7 days then it automatically creates an activity for me to follow up with them.

This can be completely automated using Make/Integromat, or partially automated using Pipedrive automation.

Thanks Amit - I am also keen to build a similar automation, but haven't been successful at fumbling my way to doing so with Make. Is there any more direction you can provide? or a similar automation that could be a close example to leverage/adapt?
