How Do You Import Phone Numbers and Flag Them as Mobile

I'm trying to import a database of contacts. I have one phone number for each contact. It's a mobile number. I'd like to flag that in the contact record so it looks like this:

Amit Sarda (AmitSarda.xyz)

Identify the records that this should be done for and then use bulk edit options.
