Where is the Customer Support?!

Pipedrive is awesome for my business. It really fits the bill. EXCEPT it is impossible to get actual help from a human being. This is among the most difficult help experiences I have ever encountered. It's enough to make me look for a different solution and not renew. Just when I thought I found my CRM for life. Frustrating!!

    Be grateful, at least they didn't give you instructions that lead to the deletion of all your data and then deny all responsibility. 😭

    And herein lies the problem. Look how difficult you make it to get help. You say:

    Not every problem or question is that cut and dry. Sometimes, none of the choices appear to fit, so a customer has to guess. Then what? We're all stuck? That is not good support.
