I have technical issues how to solve, there is no support available

Hello everyone,

I have tried everything to contact support but I cannot get in touch with them, im stuck

I have professional plan:

issue 1: once I go to contact and choose a contact and then click on email I literally have no results in my screen, the button is empty!

Issue 2: I have send 5 smartdocs with signature only and when I send them to 5 contacts all the contacts are signing and im not receiving the smart doc back signed.

Anyone can help me, since pipedrive shut down their support and this bot knows nothing else than to direct me to the smart doc site and the email site.
