Smart Docs esignature emails get sent from a pipedrive email account? Why?

Our customers reply to proposals via a reply email all the time. Why is this email coming from Pipedrive so customers can't reply? Customers often won't go into the proposal and use the response tools inside - we have a lot of Mum & Dad users - so their reply is critical and often contains vital info for our reps prior to signing.

    This is expected behavior and unfortunately, there is no way to adjust the sender's email at this time. However, I would be happy to pass this feedback along internally. Additionally, feel free to share this in the Ideas and Product Feedback section of the community so other users can upvote your suggestion!

    A workaround in the meantime for this could be to send the contact an additional email after you send the e-signature request asking them to reply to the latest email directly in case of any questions/issues instead of the signature request. Thank you!
