Outcome for Phone calls

Hello,

since we use an integration to log calls directly in pipedrive, it would be really cool to log the outcome of the call, i.e.

→ picked up

→ picked up, gatekeeper

→ mailbox

→ didn't pick up

I think also with meetings it would be nice to change them to "no show", but for phone calls it would be a really basic and simple thing that I guess could be added quite fast (?)

    @ipg1992 agreed, it would be really cool if you could log the outcome of the call. Do you want to hear something even cooler? We've already added that to a tool that dynamically updates lead/deal records at the end of client calls 🤯. We're trialling with 20 alpha users at the moment. Feel free to reach out here if you want to try it out too
