Is there a reason CSV exports from Insights don't match selected fields?

I'm trying to export lost deals to summarize differently than in the dashboard. I've selected fields like "Lost Time" and they're visible in the dashboard. When I export to CSV those fields disappear and I get other fields I didn't ask for. Why?? So painful.

@ngw Hey there, sorry to hear about the bad experience.

Can you elaborate on your process of exporting? Are you talking about exporting Deals?

Did you use a Filter and then clicked Export Filter results?

Exporting from the Insights tab, I've got a table of Closed Lost deals with e.g. date lost in the display. When I hit export, a totally different set of fields are exported.

@ngw Can you show me a screenshot or a video recording on what happens when you export?
I happened to be a Pipedrive Partner and would love to smoothen out the inconvenience for you.

I can be contacted via reeve@astersense.com

I know you're trying to be helpful but this is #1000 on my to-do list and I don't have time, I'm just flagging there's an inexplicable error that Pipedrive can address if they want to.

Right. I will keep a lookout for you and see if anyone else experience such problems. Because I tested mine and I don't have an issue with it.
