Pipedrive - Intermittent Outage?

Hi All,

I'm relatively new to Pipedrive. So far, things are going well, but today I've experienced several short-term outages.

For example, sometimes when I try to view People or Companies, I am sent to a "Something Went Wrong" page. Also, when I enter an address, the system freezes as it tries to search for and GEO-verify the address.

To check whether this is a local issue or a Pipedrive service issue, I switched from my fiber network to my mobile network. The same thing happens on both networks.

So far, I have been able to work around the issue by refreshing my browser a few times, so this is more annoying than anything else.

Is anyone else experiencing intermittent outages?

Thanks!

Ira

Hi @iweinstein , I'm sorry to learn about that behavior. We have no reports of any such issues today, so that could be an account-specific occurrence.
Please try clearing your browser cache and cookies, and make sure your browser is fully up to date. That takes care of most cases where the 'something went wrong' message comes up. If it still persists after that, please use the 'Quick help' button to contact our support team. They will be able to investigate further for you.

We have had consistent poor performance for the last few days. So frustrating. The live chat support which used to be useful now takes you down a rabbit hole of selecting pre-determined answers, none of which are what you actually want. When it does let you type, it is a stupid AI bot that just regurgitates info from the support documentation! No company that actually cares about it's users would put AI into their support system. It simply ads zero value.
