ZoomInfo imports to Pipedrive (integrated process)
Hi Team,
I often use our ZoomInfo (ZI) platform to identify our business leads. This tool is integrated with Pipedrive (PD), exports my contacts to our PD account. However, once I select the export from ZI system to PD, I am not sure where they are held for further details to add. Help please.

Please explain this a bit more. I understand you already have a working connection between ZI and Pipedrive.

In ZI when you tag / add a lead to your list there is also the ability to export a record of a contact to Pipedrive. When I go into Pipedrive, where does this record land? We have the ability to export 1 to many leads. I am hopeful it is stored where I can easily click on the new contact and fill our the PD form fields. Thank you. Sandy

The error seems like the Organization is not created in Pipedrive or cannot find it in Pipedrive.
As for the questions that you asked. You can find the contacts in Pipedrive under "People" or "Organizations"
To get those options, you should click on "Contacts" in the left menu.
You can also always search for them in the search bar above.
If Pipedrive feels complicated currently then I would suggest watching Paul Minor's Youtube playlist on how to start with Pipedrive.
