How to change contacts with Bounced status

Hi Everyone,

So, for the past month about 600 contacts have been soft and hard bouncing emails from my organization. This has happened to the point where those 600 names have been relegated to the "Bounced" marketing status. Since then, we have authenticated our domain on Pipedrive and cleaned up our list of spamtraps and other inactive contacts. My question is, is there anyway to access these contacts again? We know that these contacts are living, breathing accounts, so can we resubscribe them? I have tried making a new contact for them, but it auto sets the marketing status to bounced. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know!

    Just noticed that the bouncing issues seems to be happening with a quite a few Pipedrive users. Anyone know if that has been resolved?

    As there are different kinds of bounces, the chances of getting all emails reverted to subscribed will be challenging, but we can revert certain ones. Could you contact our support so they can check the information specific to your account?
