Why don't my auto created deals trigger the Activity automation

Hi there,

When a deal is "won" a new deal is created in another Pipeline in order for the back-office team to manage the deal. I created an Activity Automation for New Deals add to the Pipeline (which works fine when I create a deal), but the auto-created Deals don't trigger the same Activity automation. Am I missing something?

    Hey, @Mase88!

    When looking at WFA triggers our system will only consider manual triggers, which means that deals created automatically will not activate the automation.

    To overcome this, you can add the action of creating an activity to your first automation, like this. This way, you will have the activity created whenever a deal is added to the account - no matter if manually or automatically.
