This is a CRM - I would like to know what my customers have ordered in the past so when they call I don't take 5 mins to pull together their order history.

Can Pipedrive please add the ability to add multiple products to deals via CSV import? Our ability to slice and dice this data and upsell customers based on previous purchases would be unbelievably beneficial.

    Hi @Boppa!

    Is it possible to explain the use-case more in detail?

    You export previous sales data with products, slice and dice externally and at the end you want to import the newly changed data? Or is it something else?

    Hi Pedro, something else.

    I have all my customer history from my ecommerce store now in pipedrive… except what products they ordered.

    All new orders attach products to deals fine via Zapier. And now, I want to to be able to attach products to all my historical customers via CSV.

    Does that make sense?
