Activity Filters need Done Activities

We need to be able to quickly sort to done Activities on the Activities tab. It is very common that we open the Activity tab, select a User from the dropdown, and then want to see their Done activities. It is burdensome to have to create a filter of done activities for each User! (and that filter doesn't seem to show everything, anyway!)
