Automation for new document creation with new deal stage

Hi,

I have been using the documents function in PD to have document templates that I can create with PD data inserted. Is it possible though to automatically create one of the documents when a deal goes to a particular stage. I looked at the automations options, but it doesn't seem to include the option for an action of creating a document. Any other options?

    There is no way to automate documents. Would be a game changer if there was for us that use them.

    Yes, document creation really should be automated, almost by default, for the following reasons:

    1. To create each document takes at least 10-15 seconds with Google Drive. My team loses over an hour a day manually creating these. It would be SO much easier to move to a stage and generate the document.
    2. If the document is auto-generated, we can then automatically send them too.
