Overdue activities reporting

Hi

I would like to see how many overdue activities each sales rep has. I look through reports creation but didn't find anything matching this need. Coudl you please advice?

    Hi Katya,

    You can actually see this if you're following the next steps:

    • Go to insights
    • click 'add item and choose report
    • choost by entity 'activity' and then 'activity performance'
    • In the filter at the top of your screen you can choose a time and also the filter 'overdue'
    • Then their will be pop up the data but this is still not the data you're looking for.
    • You'll have to segment this by 'assigned to user' and also the vieuw by to 'overdue/due.
