Automations should be editable by Global Admins
We are rolling out Pipedrive Automations to more of our teams, and noticed that Global Admins are only able to edit the Automations that they built! So they are not able to edit Automations made by other Admins or other Users. We believe they should be able to! In cases where one of the Admins or Users are OOO and something goes wrong with the Automation, or it needs updating, we need to be able to edit all Automations.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. While currently, only the automation owner has the ability to edit their respective automations, a possible workaround to edit automations owned by other admin users would be to transfer the ownership of automation, make necessary changes/edits and if needed transfer it back to the original owner.

Thank you, @Tony Xavier that is a do-able workaround and we will keep it in mind if we need to edit other Users' Automations in the future.
