Lead label field for the Activities page

I have a Label field that is used for Lead and Deals. But I can't use it when I want to add it as an additional column in Activities (activities/list)? How to do it?

    Hi @Serafima,

    Each item type will have the option for a different label in Pipedrive, when you're in the activity list view, you can pull up the activity label, but unfortunately not any of the other items labels.

    As a workaround, to make these labels visible from the activity list view, you can utilize custom fields in your account and move these labels to a custom field that will be accessible from the activity list view! You can do this by export/import-Export the existing labels and then reimport and map them to this new custom field.

    Moving forward, if you wanted you could create an automation in your account that will automatically move the label to this new custom field when the label is added. I hope this helps!
