Live Chat Mobile Notifications + Chat in Mobile
I’m a small business owner, and I recently made the switch from HubSpot Starter to Pipedrive, opting for a yearly subscription along with several add-ons to better serve our customers. One of the key features we rely on is the live chat on our website, as many clients use it for quick questions.
While Pipedrive’s automation features are great, a major issue I’ve encountered is the lack of real-time notifications for chat. If a customer is waiting and I’m not at my computer, I don’t get notified, which often results in missed opportunities. Additionally, the chat feature isn’t available in the mobile app, which is a big limitation since I can’t always be at my desk.
This is a crucial feature for my business. If there’s no plan to add mobile chat support or better notification options, I might need to reconsider my CRM options when my subscription is up.
