New: Data cleanup - review items assigned to deactivated users

Hi Pipedrivers,

A new update to your account’s usage section is out! The new data cleanup section lets you easily keep track of any existing deals, contacts or activities that might be assigned to a deactivated user at any moment.

When you deactivate a user with open deals, contacts or activities assigned to them, you’ll also see the option to review and either transfer ownership to an active user, mark deals or activities as complete/won/lost, or delete obsolete items.

This feature is rolling out to all companies throughout October 2024. Give it a try, and let us know what you think in the comments!
