Emails from Pipedrive to HubSpot

Hello there,
 
I'm migrating from pipedrive to HubSpot and even though via import it brings some emails, it doesn't do it with all of them. There are limits on what gets synced, especially with retroactive emails. They say it's because of the way pipedrive stores emails but I don't understand.

What do you recommend?

    Hi @Iscrisvesu ,

    What tool are you using for migration ?

    What if you don't import emails and just sync your Inbox from Pipedrive once you have imported all your contacts ? Doesn't it populate Pipedrive with your emails ?

    Direct export and import usually won’t preserve full context or formatting. One option is to sync related contact or deal info and keep email threads linked by ID or reference. For that kind of structured sync, I’ve used Skyvia, which helps move and map data fields between the two systems without needing to code. It’s a solid workaround when full email sync isn’t possible.
