Smart Docs - Need a main location where you can see all outstanding docs for signature

We want to be able to see what documents are outstanding for signature. It seems like a hassle because if one of our employees sends out an agreement, there's no way for another employee to know which agreements are outstanding unless they click into each employee that has a deal. There should be a singular location where someone can click into it and see what's outstanding and what's been recently signed like most signature softwares.
