How to get rid of mortarboard icon at the bottom

Greetings,

I'm forwarding a question from my client.

This is what my client saw when she tried to import Excel data to Pipedrive.
At the bottom right corner, the mortarboard icon almost covers the submit button in the green box, and she sometimes hit that icon instead many times.

I cannot replicate this issue from my side.

  1. Would somebody please explain what this icon is about?
  2. Is there any way to get rid of this annoying icon at the bottom?

    Hi @Ted Youn , if you mean the blue icon at the bottom right corner, that is the assistant that guides users as they set up their new Pipedrive account for the first time. They can click on it to learn more about the steps in completing their account setup, and there is also the option to skip the process. When the onboarding steps are complete or the customer skips the steps, the assistant goes away.
    Regarding the actual button location above the import button, I have passed that information to our developers so they can test it further. However, the user should be able to move that button away themselves.
