This is easily doable with some simple automation within Pipedrive. Sorry, but there was no need to spend engineering resources on this.

This is good, but it's even more important to be able to add Activities in Bulk from the Organizations and Peoples list.

Considering how many other features desperately need to be improved or added this is a huge waste of time and resources. Like Amit said, this could easily be done several ways with very simple automations. Deal/person/lead updated and has label "schedule" → Create activity. Go add the label in bulk. Done.
How about devoting resources on revamping the workflows to add paths or expanding the lead functionality or even little things like making it so that the address auto complete pulls the zip code or any of the 100 other highly practical and requested features that have gone undeveloped for years.

I'm not entirely sure about this, given Pipedrive AI's direction with Pulse and other products. The goal is to have more pinpointed, measured activities and less noise or bulk actions.
It will also negatively impact account data quality if overused.
That said, I see value in bulk tasks for maintaining account health and tidiness, such as automatically removing activities for lost or won deals. We recently had to custom-build this in one of our implementations.
