Ability to "grey-out" dates on the calendar when scheduling Activities

So that you don't have 100 Activities pile up on Thanksgiving or other Federal holidays and have to reschedule ALL of them afterwards…

Would be great if you could grey-out some dates so that you can't schedule Activities on those dates (and can turn it back on if need be)
