3rd Party Created Activities

Several 3rd party tools create activities. Example is Outfunnel which creates activities when newsletters are viewed or unsubscribed. This is useful - but if you add multiple 3rd party apps using activities, things can create a very messy user experience in the "schedule activity" panel

It would be helpful if by default, system generated activities would be hidden from user created activities or if there would be a way to indicate preferences in settings.
