2025 Wish List - What's Yours?

Coming to the end of the year gives me a chance to reflect on my first year with Pipedrive. Moving from an inhouse app to something off-the-shelf was definitely a "one step back, two steps forward" scenario, and I really like where we are at the moment. Thanks Pipedrive! … BUT…

There's always areas for improvement, and here's my top 5 wish list (for relevance: we are a personalised confectionery e-commerce-only company, so most of mine revolve around products):

1. Product Images - Ability to assign a product image for each product in an order. Currently, it just pulls a default image from products. Would love to use Zapier to inject the image for each product from our eCommerce store into each order.
2. Assign historical products to orders - we can't see what customers have ordered prior to Pipedrive. We just had to dump all this product data into a text field. We can't see what products are best sellers, on the slide, etc. based on historical orders. Big sales opportunities lost here.
3. Automations for products - If a certain product is ordered, or an option is selected for a product, the range of automations we could execute are massive.
4. Product Custom Fields not in Insights - Pretty self explanatory. We have all kinds of extra data like Production Time and packing info - none of it can be used in Insights exports.
5. Smart Docs From Email Address - We still can't use the e-signature function because emails sent by Smart Docs use a pipedrive.com email address. Our customers reply to these emails with questions all the time and they go off into the ether.
6. Smart Docs Auto Creation - Having to manually create 50 docs a day is getting old. Surely we can automate this based on deal stages.

So overall, I'd like a lot more love for the Product section.
