Bug report: Formatting in rich text area on Notes and Activities changes dramatically when expanding

Please see screenshots of how rich text (particularly when cut and pasted) appears in the notes and activities section.

Default contracted view (bad layout, indentation and bullets appear wrong)

    Where are you copying and pasting from? Does this always happen or is it intermittent?
