A new Pipedrive app for document management!
Hi All! Is it difficult to quickly find all your sales and customer related documents? We have a new Pipedrive app to tackle that: OneNode!
OneNode is not an integration to any other system, but an add-on that will give you a new functionality in Pipedrive. It will help your team stop wasting time on browsing through endless folders looking for documents.
When you install OneNode, you get an extra side panel block in deals, organisations and people. From there, you can easily see all documents related to that deal or customer:
When you link documents to OneNode, you give the document a bit of meta data (e.g. document type is contract, contract start date is November 11). With this meta data it's easy to search, filter and make folders of documents to any needs you have. The meta data is always configured to your needs.
OneNode does not store your documents or see their contents - it only links them to Pipedrive. The documents can be in Pipedrive, drives, Sharepoint or they can be web assets such as Notion, Trello, Asana or Miro boards or similar. Anything with a URL that you want to link to a customer, or a file you want to upload to Pipedrive (and actually find it later).
Have a look! A single user is free of charge (needs to be a Pipedrive global admin, mind you), so you can install the app, get to know it, make settings and only start inviting paying customers after you're happy with it.
