exporting activities of certain contacts who have a particular label

Hi,

I would like to export activities of certain contacts who have a particular label. Looking at the available fields when in the export screen, I can't seem to add a filter for label. Can anyone advise if this is possible?

    Hello @Eddie,

    When we are trying to export very specific data, it is always advisable to use the list view section instead of the Export section. In your case, from the Activity list view, you can set a filter based on "Person", choose the label you wish to filter, and add one condition on the activity due date so the result will include all activities irrespective of the due date. Here is an example:

    Now, once the filter is applied, you can enable all the columns you require in the export by clicking on the gear icon, and then you will be able to export the data. We hope this helps!
