Hi folks,
I have a business requirement to mandate a 5 day expiry after a quote document is sent. I believe the default expiry is 60 days and I am unable to find any option in PipeDrive to change this to 5 days. I have explored native automations, external automation apps (Zapier, etc.) but I am unable to find anything that can be triggered by "Documents".
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Hello @Tapan
Thank you for bringing this up!
We can see how this would be useful! I'm afraid that currently the default eSignatures expiration time is 60 days and it's not possible to change it.I will share this suggestion internally so our Product team can consider it for future updates!
Thank you for your feedback!

Hi @Tapan, you're welcome!
At the moment, our automations feature does not include Smart Documents as a possible trigger or action.
I will bring this to our team as feedback also, I understand this would be a great improvement!
Thank you for sharing!

Thanks Margarida, this would be a fantastic enhancement unlocking lots of possibilities to further optimizes sales processes.
One last question, while declarative automations aren't possible with smart docs for the time being, is it possible to have API connections associated with these? If so, would you be able to share any API documentation that would help me further?
Thank you

Hello @Tapan You're welcome!
Unfortunately, there are no API references for SmartDocs at the moment.
I would kindly suggest you submit all these suggestions in the Ideas and Product Feedback channel, this will help bring more visibility to these ideas you mentioned.
We appreciate your feedback!
