Phone Customer Service Help for EVERYONE!!!

I have so many questions in different areas; all I would need is a Google Meet with a live human to ask my questions and have an actual response. However, because our company doesn't have the "more expensive" membership we are not allowed that type of help. I have to spend hours of my time searching for videos that do not include the information I need for my specific company's needs. Trying to get help via email and chatbot is a joke, again spending hours gathering screenshots and back-and-forth emails is incredibly inefficient. I have been requesting help on one topic since October and not one person can answer my question effectively. It would probably take a 5 to 10-minute screen share but nope we don't pay enough for that level of service. Thanks, Pipedrive for your help.

    Pipedrive is pretty user friendly and easy to figure out with a little exploring. It's hard for any product like this to offer hands teaching at such a low monthly service fee.

    I agree that it is user-friendly for the most part, which is why we selected it. I have been asking for help via email since October to provide an answer to what I think should be an easy answer, but I have yet to get anyone to give me a solution. I understand that AI is the way of the future but when it doesn't actually help your customer solve their problem then I do not believe that is great customer service.
