The support bot is less than useless. I am looking to find out why I have not received my reward for filling out the recent survey. This is not the first time I never received a reward. You'd think I'd leaarn

    The bot is put in place to make sure you get a prompt answer, and in situations where you need more guidance, it will redirect you to the appropriate team based on the topic you have selected. When you are opening a chat, choosing the topic closest to your query should help. Alternatively, you can email the support team at support@pipedrive.com.

    Regarding your question, if you successfully complete the survey, you will receive a message thanking you for your time. After this, the voucher will be sent to you within four weeks of the survey closing. If you have any further questions, please let our support team know. Thank you!

    The bot (which sucks and does not work) is put in place of the cost of support that Pipedrive obviously abhors, despite charging for absolutely every single feature—you'd think they could support us, but they've even removed their support links (try clicking them, they're dead links). We see you, Pipedrive bean counters.
