Only activity owner can mark activity as complete

I would like to be able to block an activity from being completed only by the person responsible for it, can you please create this option?

    Hi @Sandra Coutinho  automations are not able to filter by the person who triggers them, so this is a feature request. This feedback has been passed on to our product team.

    @Sandra Coutinho we’ll update you here on your request when a feature is planned and released. However, to set expectations, this specific feature is not on the roadmap for the very near future due to competing priorities.

    I hope you are doing well today!

    Unfortunately this is still not possible within Pipedrive.

    Nevertheless, I believe I may have a workaround for you which would envolve a tool call Zapier.

    We can use Pipedrive to send a webhook to Zapier every time an activity is updated, then within Zapier we can check who made the change, and what change was made. So, we would be able to see if the person that made the change is the owner of the activity and check if the activity has been marked as done. Then still within zapier we can put everything back as it was if the person that marked it as done is not the owner and even send an email to someone notifying that this happened.

    The catch here is that you would need a paid Zapier account to accomplish this.
