What is the best UX/UI way to log all mobile phone call activity?

I have a small outside sales team. They are all iPhone users. We recently launched Pipedrive to 3 of the 8 members. I expected that Pipedrive would prompt us to log an activity for both in and outbound calls. I see now that w/ iPhone Pipedrive doesn't do so for inbound calls and the outbound must be started from the Pipedrive app. This is not nearly as user friendly as I would have expected.
In searching this iPhone Pipedrive call logging issue, I see most of the threads are at least 1+ year old. The suggestions seem to be focused on purchasing an add in like JustCall. Is this the best solution users that are primarily mobile Pipedrive users have come up with? I believe I am right that this essentially doubles the cost of Pipedrive.

As you might have already seen, this is an iOS limitation we are facing, and there isn't any easy workaround to enable the logging of incoming calls through the iOS mobile app.
We will forward this post to the Ideas and Product Feedback channel to bring more awareness for a better solution, and with enough upvotes, we should be able to get more priority on it!

Don't worry - you're not alone! Call logging doesn't work with in Android either. I estimate it has less than 50% hit rate for calls made/received.

Yes, most iPhone users rely on third-party tools like JustCall or Aircall to auto-log both inbound and outbound calls in Pipedrive. Unfortunately, iOS limits native call logging, so these add-ons are a common, though more costly, solution.

Thanks Breparture- One of my most important Outside Sales users is also one of my least tech skilled. Do you have experience with combining JustCall or Aircall with PipeDrive? If so, do you have a preference for which will be easier to use when focused solely on the iPhone?
Can I have just one user using JustCall or Aircall?
