Live Chat integration with Slack

I love the playbook, the different chat pathways that are possible to create, etc.
BUT…
The chat notifications leave a lot to be desired. There's a thread that is 4 years old and everybody is asking the same… better new live chat notifications so that sales teams don't miss them.
Our sales team already has to juggle 100 different applications. Keeping an eye on the Live Chat page to see if there are new requests is not realistic. And the browser notifications are really easy to miss.
In our case, being able to report to a Slack channel when there's a new Live Chat request would be the solution (I have reviewed automations and the API and didn't see a way to do this yet).
