Unable to verify email for campaigns
Our company is setting up a Pipedrive account and would like to start sending email campaigns. We have a company domain which has been verified in our general settings - not freemail. When I add that domain as a sender for email campaigns (I guess sender in general) I receive a warning that my domain is DMARC authenticated and this will cause Pipedrive campaign sent with this email to have a higher bounce rate, and the warning stressed the need to authenticate the domain in the settings (but the domain is already updated as verified).
Finally, when I send a verification email to verify the emaili for the purpose of email campaigns, I don't receive the test email. I've been trying for over 24 hours, I've deleted and re-added the email info to ensure all info is correct, I've tested that domain independently to ensure it's able to send and receive email (it is). I've reached out to Pipedrive but the representative assigned to this appears to be working EMEA hours and I'm in the United States.
How can I get this fixed so I can send an email campaign out of Pipedrive, using my already verified email domain?
