My imported Deals all have me listed as the Owner, how can I fix this?

I saw a previous post where someone had experienced the same issue as im now facing where the Deals that have been imported all have me (the importer) listed as the Owner. The solution mentioned was to copy and paste the Contact Owner field and map it to the Deal Owner. Is there a quick video showing how this can be done? At this point im thinking ill need to revert all of the data and start from scratch, which Id like to avoid if possible. Help!!

Create a filter with: Person Owner is X and Deal Owner is NOT X.

Do it for all owners.

Bulk reassign.
