automatic popups challenge

Hi,
In our Pipedrive account, an activity creation popup always appears when we mark a deal as Won, even though:

  • we have no active automation for this, and
  • the “Show activity pop-up when deal is marked as won” setting is not visible in personal or interface preferences.

The user has admin rights. We’ve also tested in incognito mode – the popup still appears.

Can you confirm if this is a system-level behavior for our account, and how we can disable it?

    Hello @Eetu Pulkkinen,

    From your company settings page > Activities (https://app.pipedrive.com/settings/activity_settings), the global admin users will see the option to adjust this. You can also learn more about it here.

    Hello, Do you mean this view?
    its disabled and i still get the task notification everytime I win a deal. i would like to see animations not the activity popup :(

    Hi @Eetu Pulkkinen,

    That is correct, if you have the setting 'Show schedule an activity popup- After a deal is marked as done' disabled, it is not expected that the popup continues to appear once you mark a deal as won.

    If you haven't already, I would recommend trying these troubleshooting steps after disabling the feature-

    • In order to rule out that this may potentially be related to a cache issue, you can clear your cache. Here’s how you can do that- How do I clear my browser's cache and cookies?
    • Check that your browser is up to date with the latest version. You can see what browser works best with Pipedrive by taking a look at this knowledge base article here- Which browser is best for Pipedrive? 
    • Try this in a completely different browser to see if you still experience the same thing.
    • If you have a lot of browser extensions, those may be creating an issue. Can you please disable your browser extensions (you can do this in an incognito browser) to see if there is a change? If it fixes the issue, you can enable them back 1 by 1 to see if a specific extension was causing an issue!

    nothing works,

    I have cleared the cache, tried incognito, updated browser, tried Microsoft edge, we dont have extensions except google docs offline.
