My Account Manager has responded to calls or emails who do I speak with?

Our account manager has normally been very responsive. Last week I let him know who needed to be added to our implementation meeting and he canceled the event (assuming to create a new link for everyone) but no new meeting was created. I asked via email and have called him but gotten no response. I am concerned because my entire team has set aside time for this meeting. Please help.
