I'm getting increasingly frustrated with the current level of customer support from Pipedrive. It's becoming harder and harder to speak with an actual human or receive timely responses.

At one point, I had to wait almost two days just to hear back from someone. I used to genuinely appreciate your customer support, and that was one of the main reasons I chose Pipedrive over other CRMs. But this recent decline is really starting to wear me down.
