Assign tasks to people outside of the company

I would like to use the projects part of the CRM but need to assign tasks to people outside of the company, like agencies and suppliers. They would not need a licence as will not be accessing the tasks themselves. It is for me to see who should be doing which part of the project and filter by that for the meetings with them.
Anyone else find this useful?
