Has anyone been able to set up a google voice VOIP number to work with pipedrive calling function on
The only options i see so far are facetime, Skype for business and microsoft teams...all of which are overkill.
I'd rather not pay for a weighty integration, when all i need is a voip number...

Hi @Joel Torr !
You should be able to connect any VOIP caller to Pipedrive, as long as you know what calling syntax to use. In your case, seeing as Google Voice is not one of the default options in the drop-down menu, you need to choose "custom" and then enter the syntax manually: Callto Syntax: Make VOIP calls from Pipedrive.
If you're still not successful or encounter any issues, please reach out to our Support team so they can help you troubleshoot and investigate further.

What is the call syntax for google voice? Not finding it anywhere.

I found this by doing some digging. It partially works. When you click the phone # it opens Google Voice, but butchers the phone # and tries to make it international. So...it doesnt work. I'm trying to figure it out but as of yet, have no luck.
Call someone from a URL with Google Voice
- Sign in to your Google Account.
- In the address bar, enter “https://voice.google.com/u/0/calls?a=nc,%2Bphonenumber”.
- Make sure to replace phonenumber with the number you want to call without hyphens.
Tips:
- For example, to call 1-800-555-0111, enter https://voice.google.com/u/0/calls?a=nc,%2B18005550111
- For international calls, include the country code.

I have found a pretty good work-around. Works great for me. Here is the link to the solution with explanation and video.

Still seems like this is unsolved, and the workaround is clunky. Where would the syntax be located to make a custom VOIP addition for a Google Voice #? Also, what's the reasoning behind not having Google Voice as a standard option? Just for my own curiosity.
