    Danke für das Angebot - aber wir müssten jetzt schon für fast jede (für uns essentielle) Funktion einen Workaround bauen und aktuell ist Pipedrive somit keine Option (habe jetzt schon 6 Zaps nur um die alten Workflows zum Laufen zu bringen) - wir wollten wechseln, um unseren Software stack zu vereinfachen und nicht, um noch mehr workarounds für basic features aufzubauen. Wir kündigen bis auf weiteres und beobachten die Entwicklungen.

    Das mit der Steuer ist mir leider erst jetzt aufgefallen und ist leider too much.

    Any updates on this ? Still impossible to use the quote / invoice and document editing features from pipedrive withtout this option.

    We need to have the price without tax in all our pipedrive data (to manage our turnover, forecast etc.), but the amount of tax and the price with tax included should appears on the invoice... 

    So how to deal with that ?

    Hi @Max Godet 

    I heard from the team that it was on the roadmap until covid hit where we shifted focus on delivering functionality around teams/people working from home (like the zoom integration). I have asked the team though to take a look at it again and consider it for the future. No promises I can make you unfortunately but it's in discussion :)

    Hi Mike,

    PD like many companies, fail to manage the "small things", preferring to push back on what their customers are clearly screaming for. I have read comments from Holland, France, Germany, basically all of the EU but now you can add the UK to the list. It doesn't paint a good picture for someone like me who is testing various CRM's for use in our company when you can see such a crucial but simple addition being ignored. You have poked your team so many times but its clear they don't listen to you or the customers. Maybe, at your next sales meeting,you and the sales team should get the R&D team involved and maybe they should listen rather than keep chasing the latest and greatest feature when you have the basics wrong.

    We are also waiting for this... (the Netherlands). Same issue. Now we work with Paycove, who manually adds the VAT.

    Unfortunately, we do not have planned, for next year, any updates on the topic (Tax Exclusive), since it takes a bigger effort technically than just activating/inserting this feature and our allocations for technical work, as of now, are limited and focused elsewhere. 

    But, as this is a topic that has been recurrent, I will keep pushing it internally and as soon as we get available resources to look into it, we'll update you all on this platform. I am really sorry for this not being ideal, but we're committed on being 100% transparent.

    Tax and discount exclusive: this is a no - brainer, it's impossible to produce a compliant quote without it, and given no estimate integration with Xero makes the workflow fairly useless! Big push.

    I just want to share a small improvement made in SmartDocs . Now we have available the total amount of the products included in a deal without the tax.  It's available for the documents and as a placeholder for the templates as well as shown below. This does not solve the entire problem but is useful for some use cases.

    I am shocked that I can't add my B2B products in net value. Why is this such a hard deal for Pipedrive? Are there any good news or workarounds? We are just testing pipedrive and are thrilled about most functionality, but this is a huge killer - especially considerung the long history this feature wish has been ignored by PD.

    The stupid thing: This doesn't solve the issue for quotations and invoices in Germany, Austria and some other countries. We still need the

    Price without Tax = 100,-

    19% Tax = 10,-

    Subtotal Tax included = 110,-

    Just want to add my upvote to this - we are B2B as well and really need this. At the moment, if a client asks for pricing without the VAT removed (because e.g. their own system will add the VAT), we have to fudge all the numbers manually in our quotes. This is prone to error and so out of keeping with how user-friendly Pipedrive is in every other aspect!

    Hi @Jordanperrin23, I am one of the PMs working in this area. We've had to do a big piece of work fixing old legacy code before we could update the tax functionality, but we're getting closer, and this feature should be ready for you to test out towards the end of Q2.

    Hello @Mike van der Valk@Jess Stacey , is there any beta to test this ? It's a massive problem for us to use the documents feature, but also for our intergration through Zapier to creat invoices, as we need the price with tax excluded...

    We are working on Tax exclusive functionality and discount functionalities at the moment. It will work either with Products and in Smart Docs.

    Expect some news in the middle of Q2, almost there 🙏
